By recognizing and accepting the basic values of the Association and its Charter, I :

follow the principles of social responsibility to the citizens of Kazakhstan at the expense of whom I study/ have received education abroad I confirm the readiness to devote my efforts to improve professionalism and promote successful social adaptation of fellows and graduates of the Bolashak International Scholarship of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan
