To combine fellows' efforts and experience, consolidate and increase activity of Kazakhstani youth for the benefit of sustainable development of the country and promote the creation of the strong Kazakhstan.
The Bolashak Program plays an important role in shaping the human capacity of the country. The country views the program graduates as active participants in all the processes of state and society.
The Bolashak Association views, as one of the major prospects of its development, the formation of expert community among the Bolashak fellows that is competent in various areas of public, economic, and social life of the country. This community will become a well-known community, which will be respected, and whose opinion will be highly valued and heeded.
For all of us, it is important that potential, energy, optimism and knowledge of every graduate individually and as a whole, without being wasted, are aimed at the development and prosperity of Kazakhstan.
