«Bolashak» corporate university

The Association «Bolashak» introduces a Corporate University. This project, which started alongside the Association, is to build a certain pool of highly professional and broadly experienced trainers, lecturers, mentors and to increase professional knowledge, qualification of «Bolashak» scholarship recipients and other people in educational area via the best domestic and foreign practices. Prevailing target audience: «Bolashak» scholarship recipients, broadly specialized experts, professors, teachers, learning youth, members of countrywide youth bodies, people with disabilities and others.

Project objectives:

1. Ensure and conduct educational trainings and other events for «Bolashak» scholarship recipients, and for any other committed people by involving highly qualified international experts;

2. Local educational events (trainings, master-classes etc.) all around the country to learn youth and for any kind of committed people by involving the best «Bolashak» recipients and experts abroad within the learning center;

3. Build a pool of trainers of «Bolashak» recipients;

4. Select candidates for learning;

5. Learning of trainers/coaches – «coach practices» program.

6. Trainings, coach sessions, master classes, seminars and other events by inviting Educational Center graduates, domestic mentors and teachers abroad under the project «Bolashak learning».

7. Educational fest for young businessmen, scholars and so on around the Kazakhstan.
