Born on January 23, 1975 in the Kirovo city of the South Kazakhstan region.

Governor of Shymkent city. Recipient of «Bolashak» scholarship (Universität Freiburg, Germany, 1998). Member of the Association Council since March 2015. Awards: the State Order «Kurmet» (2006), Jubilee Medal «10 years of Astana» (01.07.2008.).
