Born on April 14, 1983 in Rudny city of Kostanai region.

Chairman of Council of the Nationalwide Movement «Kazakhstan 2050». Adviser to Mayor of Shymkent city. Recipient of the «Bolashak» program (University of Montana, USA, 2009). Member of Youth Policy Council alongside the President of Kazakhstan, member of the «Nur Otan» party.

Member of Board of the Association «Bolashak».
