Born on November 22, 1981 in Almaty city.

Deputy of Majilis in Kazakhstan’s Parliament of 6th convocation. Graduated the Kazakh National Agrarian University (2003), Recipient of «Bolashak» scholarship (University of Montana, USA, 2009). Earlier the Deputy Governor for West Kazakhstan region.

The Acting Chairman of the Council of "Bolashak" Association.
