Born on July 20, 1976 in Almaty city.

Rector of Toraigyrov’s Pavlodar State University. Recipient of the program «Bolashak» (Sorbonne University, France, 2000). Doctor in Political Sciences.Winner of the state award «Daryn». Awarded medals «10 years to Kazakstan Parliament» (2006), «10 years of Astana» (2008).

The Deputy of Maslikhat in Pavlodar region. Member of the «Bolashak» Association.
