«Молодежный кадровый резерв» – это республиканская база данных специалистов, мотивированных на карьерный рост, обладающих высоким уровнем развития профессиональных навыков и управленческих компетенций.
Цели Проекта:
формирование новой генерации современных и эффективных управленцев для системы государственного управления, бизнеса и сферы общественной деятельности» из числа молодежи.
содействие в их профессиональном продвижении и обеспечении общественного признания, их обучении, повышении квалификации.
Долгосрочный результат Проекта:
Конкурс инновационных идей «Жастар Отанга!»
Цель Конкурса:
содействие развитию деловой активности и занятости населения, бизнес-мышления молодежи, а также создание условий для самореализации молодежи.
Задачи Конкурса:
· выработка механизмов вовлечения молодежи в общественную жизнь;
· развитие предпринимательства среди молодежи и создание экосистемы стартапов;
· создание условий для самореализации молодежи и организация условий для проведения нетворкинга.
В Проекте могут принять участие молодые люди со всего Казахстана в возрасте от 18 до 29 лет.

«Bolashak» Association in conjunction with the National Movement «Kazakhstan 2050» was launched the educational campaign «Our knowledge to our country». The action takes place in the framework of the project «25 good deeds», dedicated to the 25th anniversary of Independence of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The aim of this project is to transfer knowledge and experience to the younger generation through open classes and lectures at universities, urban and rural schools of Kazakhstan.

«Zhas sarapshy» republican сontest
Since 2015 the «Bolashak» Association and «Geneva Business School» with support from the JSC «Capital Bank Kazakhstan» held the Republican contest of young professionals «Zhas Sarapshy». The aim is to simulate scientific and expert activities of young professionals and increase the level of the knowledge and competence in the economic sphere.
The contest is open to young professionals aged 35 and under, with Bachelor Degree and a good English skills. The winners will receive educational grants and discounts for education in the capital representation Geneva Business School on MBA program.
